Trump said he is lenient on gay rights, and said slammed Kim Davis for refusing to hand out license plates to a gay couple, and says Bruce Jenner should use any restroom he wants.
Trump called to ban Muslims from entering the U.S. for terrorist countries, and these are people that believe in killing gays and lesbians, that throw homosexuals off buildings and are loyal to Sharia Law which tells them to kill homosexuals.
So why would the LGBT community have a problem with Trump?
Donald Trump disqualified Jenna Talackova from his beauty pageant (she was the favorite to win) because he found out she was born a transgender woman and the rules in the contest actually said the contestant had to be a 'naturally born woman' even though trans women are naturally born women. He later had the rules rewritten because Jenna won a court case because the rule was blatantly discriminating against trans women in particular. Now thanks to Jenna and her court case trans women can compete.
He misgendered Caitlyn Jenner by calling her 'he' and using her old name. But almost a year later he said after he was losing more and more voters he said that he supports Caitlyn (obviously to gain back more supporters).
And he has said he believes in 'traditional marriage' as he is 'a traditionalist'. But he then said 'I've gone to gay weddings'.
He has never said he would help LGBT if he becomes president unlike Hillary Clinton. Trans murders are on the rise and LGBT needs help.
Well I personally think that Donald trump is a very 'traditional' person who doesn't like any type of minority that is different from himself.
Only recently have we come into an era that homosexuality is starting to become widely accepted, and trump is from an era where unfortunately homosexuality was extremely controversial, and due to his conservative views he most likely does not agree with homosexuality.
I was honestly surprised on his views on the transgender bathroom conversation, and it made me have a little bit of hope if he became our president. However, then I look at all the crazy things he's said-- and I'm like, "Nope
